Useful Information

On the arrival day rooms are available from 2 PM. In case you would like to arrive during the morning, we invite you to call us a few days before the holiday, in order to prepare your room in time for your arrival. If the room is not ready when you arrive, you can leave your luggage in hotel and we will let you go in the room as soon as possible. On the departure day we kindly ask you to leave the room free until 10 AM, in order to prepare it for the next guests. In case you would like to stay in your room after this time, please tell at the reception what time you would like to leave and you will be informed on the costs. If you would like to live during the afternoon without staying in the room, you can leave your luggage in our deposit withoun any additional cost.

Our wellness center is open every afternoon and the entrance is permitted only wearing a bathrobe and a pair of rubber slippers; the wellness towel use is recommended for the sauna and the turkish bath; some rooms provide the wellness set included in the price, with the bathrobe and the towel. For the other rooms is possible to rent them (bathrobe €5,00 for the whole holiday – wellness towel € 3,00 for the whole period). Kids from 4 to 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and they can enter into the wellness center until 5:30 PM. Our wellness center is an area planned for relax, so we kindly ask you to not carry with you mobile phones and to respect the silence and the relax of each other guest.

Our hotel and our room are non-smoking areas, therefore, if you smoke, we invite you to book a room with balcony.

Is preferable to ask the bill the evening before the departure day, between 8 and 10 PM, or the morning of the departure day with check out time starting from 8 AM. The payment can be done with cash, bank cheque, bancomat or credit card (American Express and Diners excluded)

In case you have a half board or full board booking and you don’t arrive in time for the meal time, the cost of the meal won’t be deducted from the total bill. It is possible to replace a meal with a pocket lunch with sandwiches and fresh fruit.

In case of cancellation of a booking 30 DAYS BEFORE arrival date, the deposit will be valid for anohter stay in the same term of the current season. In case of cancellation of a booking 30 DAYS AFTER arrival date, if we can rent the cancelled room, the deposit will be valid for anohter stay in the same term of the current season.

In case of late arrival or advance departure, the remaining days will be charged, unless we manage to rent the room for such days.
