General conditions

Reductions

• B&B: from 10% to 20%
• Special Midweek offer: Avail of reduced prices for stays from Sunday to Friday. This offer is valid throughout the season, except for the period from 06.08. to 27.08.2023

Children reductions

Valid for children staying in the same room with their parents (3rd or 4th bed).

• 0 – 8 years completed: 50% discount
• 9 – 13 years completed: 30% discount
• from 14 years completed and above: 10% discount

Family Plan: For families with 2 adults + 2 children (up to 12 years old) the rate will be based on the price for 3 occupants in a four-bed room.

Gourmet board

You have the option to book the gourmet board for 3 days of your choice during the week. This board complements the half-board and includes the following: refreshing aperitif with snacks made from locally sourced ingredients (km 0) and wine pairings renowned for dinner.
The cost for the gourmet board is €30 per person.

Superior package

For those who book our Classic rooms with balcony, Premier or Family rooms, we offer the option to upgrade to our superior board for a small additional charge. In addition to our standard half board, the superior package includes the following extra services:

• Mineral water and fresh fruit upon arrival
• Wellness kit with soft bathrobes, slippers and a generous courtesy set
• Evening turndown service

Cost €15 per day.

Further information

• The prices quoted do not include the city tax of €2,00 per day per person for up to 10 days of stay (excluding children under the age of 14).
• All hotel rooms are designated as “non-smoking”, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and in other areas of the hotel.
• Pets are allowed on request.
• Check-in from 2 pm, and check-out time is by 10 am.
• Reservations confirmed by the hotel require a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The deposit can be made via bank transfer to the following bank account:

• Methods of payment: cash up to € 1,999.00, bank cheques, bank drafts, Bancomat, Visa, Mastercard.
• Cancellation policy:
• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellation within 30 days before arrival or no show will result in a 30% charge of total cost.
• In case of late arrival or early departure there will be no reduction or refund.
• In the case of a no show, 100% of total cost will be charged.
• Meals not consumed will not be refunded.
