The typical flourishes of a mountain lodge, the charming setting of the nineteenth-century Ladin culture, the wood that, with its exceptional characteristics, transmits serenity and warmth, the bright colours that give luminosity to the room, but above all, a place to eat well.
The creativity of our chefs takes shape in tempting dishes that revive the delights of Trentino gastronomy, an area that has become a virtuous meeting point of excellent culinary traditions. We work with 0 km products, mainly meat from Italian farms, and we also have a small vegetable garden, making our dishes tied to the territory and genuine.
From early in the morning, you will find a rich breakfast with a wide choice of savory delicacies and homemade desserts, inspired by Grandma Maly's recipes. The best Ladin specialties, declined in imaginative variations, will conquer the most demanding palates. The moments spent at the table will be special for every guest, thanks also to tempting dishes specially designed for coeliacs and vegetarians.
Once a week, we offer a special dinner with a grand buffet followed by a typical local menu, to enjoy delicacies prepared with passion by our chefs. From 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., you can enjoy dishes such as platters of cold cuts and local cheeses, salads, two types of soup, bretzel with speck, piadinas, bauerntoast, toast, and sandwiches, as well as our desserts at the bar or in our new garden. Half-board will be enhanced by rich aperitifs with snacks, and the flavours of dinner will be enhanced by selected wines paired with each dish. In addition, you will have an exquisite assortment of cheeses, to be enjoyed accompanied by homemade mustards. You can end your meal with a coffee or a digestif.
